Great book. Alex Gregory donated these books to a leadership class at my university and he also met up with us several times. He is as much of a servant leader as described in the book. Little did I expect a CEO of such a huge international company to remember details about each student's life and for him to hug us goodbye at the closing ceremony. The other leaders were probably selected as carefully as him. There is a lot to learn and apply from this book.Product details

Encouraging read.
So much of good management is basic blocking and tackling, but so many managers are thrust into the role without the proper framework, support, and with incredible expectations. This book is filled with the common sense a manager needs to help create a safe, productive environment for their direct reports and to improve the company culture.
Start With Humility is well written and unique among the plethora of available leadership books in the marketplace. Hayes and Comer have chosen several very diverse leaders as examples. With the reader, they explore how 'humility' has been a clear and powerful leadership trait contributing significantly to their success. I introduced this book to a group of business and professional men with whom I meet weekly. It was well received as a guide to our discussions on leadership in family, business, church and community. I heartily recommend Start With Humility.
